List Brokerage Production Manager
Position Objective
To support goals of Senior Directors, including communicating information to clients, sales assistance/management, and guidance to clients.
Basic Functions
- Generating list counts
- Oversee order processing and billing for accuracy
- Working with and overseeing junior staff members
- Deal negotiations
- Create and execute circulation and mail plans
- Status and exchange reporting
- Recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- College degree
- 1-2 years minimum of manager work in the Direct Marketing industry
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of basic direct marketing math
- Knowledge of interpreting basic mailing results
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Associate and task management ability
- Microsoft Word and Excel programs
