List Management Account Director
Position Objective
To support goals of Senior Directors, including communicating information to clients, sales assistance/management, and overseeing client service provided by team members.
Basic Functions
- Oversee complete order and billing processing
- Sales assistance and management
- Handle all list owner approvals
- Communication with List Brokers regarding orders
- Management of junior staff members and associated tasks
- Special Projects as assigned
Qualifications
- College degree
- 2-3 years minimum of list manager work in the Direct Marketing industry
- Good “people” management skills
- Good organizational, motivating/leader and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Task management ability
- Microsoft Word and Excel programs
