What is MIT*?
SMS Multicultural Division’s Multicultural Identification Technology (MIT*) is a program that identifies ethnicity and language preference on your own housefile, taking your customer relationship management to a whole new level.
Identifying ethnicity on your housefile is the first step in marketing to the multicultural markets. Once you've determined their ethinicities, you can begin to target these ethnic groups in their culture and language of choice.

How do I get started?
- Determine what ethinicities and additional enhancements you would like identified.
- You can choose the range from one of all MIT* services.
- Upload your file using one of the file delivery methods.
- You receive your enhanced file back within 5-7 working days.
