Specialists Marketing Services is able to offer its clients cost effective and state of the art List Rental Fulfillment.  Our on-site service bureau currently processes over 5,000 orders and ships over 200 million names yearly for many of our clients.

One of the key benefits of utilizing our service is our on-line count system.  This enables our sales team to give a List Broker an actual count immediately, while on the phone.  This has been greatly appreciated by the List Brokerage community and certainly provides service that is Best-In-Class.

We are able to offer 24-hour order turn around, and in some cases, have processed and shipped orders in one hour.  We have received orders for our lists from brokers who are faced with replacing another list that could not be delivered and are aware of our abilities to quickly and accurately produce orders.

Our process also includes a detailed decoy tracking system that further enables us to ensure list security.

We utilize Equifax as our data enhancement provider, and will easily incorporate their data onto the list owners file.  There are no charges for the enhancement process; only royalty fees on enhanced names shipped will apply.  We also have a similar arrangement with Ethnic Technologies and MIT and will have the ability to overlay the list owners database with their ethnic/religious data.
