Lon Mandel
President & CEO
Lon began his direct marketing career in 1977 at Dependable Lists, learning all aspects of the business
from administrative to sales and general management. Lon joined Listworks Corporation in 1985, serving as
President of the List Management Division. In June 1987 Lon Mandel established The SpeciaLISTS, Ltd. Soon
after establishing The SpeciaLISTS, Ltd. he merged Dependable into this new corporate entity. One year later
Lon developed an in-house service bureau, Computer Marketing Systems, Inc. In December 1999 ClientLogic acquired
The SpeciaLISTS, and in January 2006 Lon assumed ownership of the new Corporation, Specialists Marketing Services,
Inc. Lon Mandel now serves as CEO and President, overseeing the Company to ensure the same quality of service is
provided to our clients and moving in the direction of growth into new and different markets. He has accrued
extensive experience over the years, working with some of the top direct marketing companies in the country.

David Schwartz
Executive Director
David holds a degree in architecture from Pratt Institute. He has been in the direct marketing field since 1974. Early in his career, David founded a direct response advertising agency - and then went on to hold senior management positions at Jami Direct Marketing (1978) and Dependable Lists, where he served as president (1983). He took the helm at 21st Century Marketing (1985) and grew the company to over 50 list marketing professionals specializing in high technology, business to business, cataloging, fundraising and multicultural marketing. David is considered an industry leader and a fearless sales executive; a passionate person whose abilities and strengths run deep and wide. He is a stellar individual who leads and teaches with charisma and charm. He is known for his dedication to clients and is continually teaching his team to reach higher levels, both personally and professionally.

Robin B. Neal
Executive Vice President/List Management & Insert Media
Beginning her career in 1982, Robin is a veteran of the Direct Marketing industry with a diverse background
in media, marketing, and sales. Prior to joining Specialists Marketing Services, Robin was a Vice-President
at PlusMedia, an alternate media brokerage company, where her focus was marketing analysis and new business
/new media development. Prior to joining PlusMedia, Robin was a mailer for 20 years. Most recently, she held
the position of Vice-President of Media at Doubleday Entertainment, where she worked for eight years. There
she was responsible for the development of media strategies, as well as media planning and implementation.
Robin began her direct marketing career as a DMA Summer Intern. From there, she went on to hold various
media and marketing positions at Cy DeCosse Publishers, Atlas Editions, Reader's Digest, and JCPenney
Direct Response. In 1999 she received an Outstanding Achievement Award from the DMA Alternate Media Council
in recognition of her contributions to the industry. She has also been a frequent panel and roundtable
speaker at various DMA conferences. At Specialists Marketing Services, Robin is responsible for the
day-to-day management and fiscal performance of the List Management and Insert Media divisions.

Karen Isenberg
Senior Vice President/Strategic Planning and Development
Karen began her career in 1983, and rejoined Specialists Marketing Services, Inc. in 1999. She previously held positions at Acxiom / DirectMedia as Vice-President,
List Management and at Mal Dunn & Associates, Sales and List Management. During this time Karen has developed an extensive mailer and vendor network, having worked
with such notable clients as International Masters Publishers, Bookspan (Doubleday Direct), McGraw Hill, Playboy Enterprises, Hearst Magazines, Dr. Leonard's, Reader's
Digest, Spiegel and Carol Wright. Karen's primary focus has been in the development of solutions for the consumer direct marketing community..

Michael Berger
Vice President/Sales and Analysis
Michael began his Direct Marketing career in January 1990 at the Lake Group.
Michael has been with Specialists Marketing Services since July 1991. He serves
as Vice President in the List Management division where he focuses on key accounts
such as Williams-Sonoma and Playboy Magazine. Michael also serves on the Non-Profit,
Catalog, Circulation and List Councils.

Amy L. Lyons
Vice President/Sales & Marketing
Amy began her career in May 1995 with the Brokerage division at Millard Group, Inc. There, Amy worked with publishing clients such as Conde Nast Publications, Time Inc. and Guideposts. In January 1998, Amy joined the Specialists Marketing Services team as an Account Executive in the List Management division. Her responsibilities included all sales and marketing efforts for Doubleday Entertainment. Most recently Amy was appointed Vice President / Sales & Marketing. Her responsibilities include the assurance of impeccable client satisfaction for each division at SMS. Amy oversees the advertising and marketing efforts for the list management division, providing our client's brands maximum exposure. She is also the Account Director for Primedia Magazines, Inc. Amy is a member of the DMA Circulation Council, Women in Direct Mail, and the DMA List / Database Council.

Vice President/Client Services
Janine is at her best while driving home the corporate business plan. She is a focused leader and a cherished employee who embodies the core elements that most executives strive their entire careers to achieve. Mary Ann Montalbano

Mary Ann started her career at Total Media Concepts as Assistant List Manager. She then moved on in 1992 to Database America as a Senior Account Controller. Mary Ann joined Specialists Marketing Services in September 1994 as a List Manager and has been an integral part of the List Management division. Mary Ann is responsible for all sales and marketing efforts of such key accounts as Bookspan, Cook's Illustrated and Playboy Magazine and also oversees the production aspect of List Management operations. Mary Ann is a member of Women in Direct Marketing.

Linda Santaite
Vice President/Sales
Linda brings over 20 years of experience to Specialists Marketing Services. She began her Direct Marketing career in 1985 at JAMI Marketing as an Account Executive in the Brokerage Division working with high profile accounts such as L'eggs/Sara Lee. After 5 years, Linda then moved on to Action List Marketing, where in this smaller organization she was solely responsible for List Management Sales. Ms. Santaite then joined the Specialists Marketing Services group for a short period of time as a Sales Executive. Prior to returning to SMS, Ms. Santaite was the lead List Management Sales Executive at Mokrynskidirect for 11 years. Linda was responsible for generating significant sales for major consumer direct marketers such as AmeriMark, Haband, Footsmart, Purity Products, Support Plus, Universal Screen Arts and Hanesbrands. Recognized for her aggressive, proactive and creative sales approach, she also directed the List Management sales group in adopting techniques and strategies to maximize sales efforts.
Linda's position with Specialists Marketing Services is Vice President of Sales. Linda's focus is managing sales and marketing efforts for various List Management clients and new business development.

Judy Feyas
Vice President/Insert Media Sales
Judy began her career in Direct Marketing in 1979, giving her a wealth of experience in the Direct
Marketing industry, particularly in the Insert Media arena. Judy's entrance into Direct Marketing
was working as a mailer at the Franklin Mint where she successfully grew their insert media business.
In 1996, Judy provided the same growth at Book of the Month Club where she oversaw 3rd Party/Alternate
Media and went on to manage 22 book clubs, analyzing and placing over 200 million inserts annually.
Judy also held positions with Venture Communications in the role of Insert Media Director and PlusMedia
in the role of Marketing and Analysis Director. Most recently, Judy worked for MokrynskiDirect where
she vastly increased the insert media brokerage placements. Judy currently holds a place on the Insert
Media Council's Operating Committee where she is a vital part of industry communications. Judy joined
Specialists Marketing Services in March 2006, where her focus is insert media sales, and new business
development.

Meg Page
Vice President/Insert Media Sales
Meg comes to Specialists Marketing Services, Inc. with over with 9 years experience in the Direct Marketing industry. She started with the Millard Group in 1998 on the New Product Development Team, where she developed and implemented new reporting products. She grew within the company and became an Account Executive in the Insert Media Division, where she managed and successfully grew key accounts such as Rodale, Jackson & Perkins, and PC Connection. Most recently, Meg worked as a Marketing Analyst for Eastern Mountain Sports, where she did circulation planning and execution for direct mail, online marketing, and special promotions. In 2004, Meg received the prestigious DMA "Ron Davis Young List Professional of the Year" Award for her dedication and commitment to the Direct Marketing industry. She has also been a member of the Insert Media Council, and served on the Planning Advisory Committee for the Insert Media Day Conference in 2005. Meg's responsibilities in her role as Vice President with SMS include overseeing some of our largest insert media programs, and prospecting for new business opportunities.

Susan Giampietro
Executive Vice President/List Brokerage
Susan began her career with AZ Marketing Services in 1981. She spent 16 years with AZ developing a prestigious client base. In addition to her Brokerage role, she also launched AZ's International Division and Quantitative Analysis Group. Susan joined Specialists Marketing Services in January 1998, and now oversees the Brokerage division. In addition, Susan's client base includes such nationally recognized brands as Godiva, J. Crew, CWD Kids and Victoria's Secret. She provides mail planning services and general guidance to these and other well-known catalog companies in the fashion and high-ticket markets. Susan is a member of the Catalog Council and has taught List Leaders Basic Training.

Steve Bogner

An established veteran of the direct marketing industry, Steve Bogner has been in the field for over 30 years, since 1975. He began his career with the original Walter Karl Company. In 1988, Steve launched NRL Brokerage and was owner/president until the firm was merged with SMS in June of 2007. Currently, Steve works with clients such as: Herrington, Frontgate, Improvements, Discmakers, Jameco Manufacturing and Paragon. During his career Steve has worked with numerous mailers and is one of the few catalog brokers who has done a fair amount of work in the B to B arena. He has also been a frequent speaker at various industry functions for many years.

Michael Fishman

Michael has been with the firm since 1984 and has been a trusted advisor to client executives throughout his tenure. In leading work with such organizations as Meredith Corporation, Oxmoor House, Rodale, Inc., HCI Direct Inc., Reader's Digest, Healthy Directions and many others, he has directed prospect targeting for some of the largest consumer campaigns ever executed, with several individual campaigns which acquired in excess of 250,000 new paid customers. In addition, he has consulted with his clients continuously in the areas of product development, creative development, campaign risk management and other strategic value areas. Michael facilitates the firm's annual Consumer Health Summit, the industry's preeminent such venue which he established in 1994. Michael has been a speaker at DMA Circulation Day, List Day, the Gary Bencivenga 100 Seminar and many other regional and national conferences.

Michael Heaney

Michael is a veteran of the Direct Marketing arena, with 20 years of industry experience. Michael began
his career at the New York Direct Marketing Association headquarters in 1987. Most recently, Michael held
the position of Vice President of Sales in the brokerage division with the Millard Group. In this position,
he was responsible for circulation planning, list test recommendations, segmentation refinement, and response
analysis for many of Millard Group's major multi-titled publishing accounts.
Michael has been extremely active in the Direct Marketing community for the duration of his career. In 1996 he received the "Ron
Davis Young List Professional of The Year" award - presented by the DMA List and Database Council. Today, he sits on the Operating
Committee of that Council and serves as editor of the council newsletter. Michael is also a frequent speaker at industry events
including the Circulation Management Conference, List Vision Conference and DMA Young Professional Series - and has written for
industry publications such as DM News and the DMA newsletter Spotlight.
In 2006, Michael joined the Specialists Marketing Services List Brokerage division in the role of Vice President, where his primary

Theresa has been in the direct marketing industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining 21st Century Marketing in 2001, Theresa started in the direct marketing business working for AZ Marketing. Theresa joined the Specialists Marketing Services team in September 2007. She handles both management and brokerage for many top clients. Her client roster includes Miles Kimball, Exposures, The Popcorn Factory, Daedalus Books, Mantis, Shawn Robbins, Walter Drake, Home Marketplace, Golf Card, International Wine Accessories, The Stash Tea Company, Terrific Toys, and AM Leonard. Theresa is a member of the DMA Catalog Council.

Jeremy Johnson
Vice President/List Brokerage
Jeremy has over 10 years experience in the Direct Marketing industry. He started with the Millard Group in 1997
as an intern and then joined the company full time in 1999. He grew within the company and most recently managed
a significant workload and played a key role in his clients' ability to grow their direct mail efforts successfully.
He worked in publishing, business-to-business and fundraising, with an emphasis on mail planning, select refinement,
model optimization, and response analysis.
The Direct Marketing Association List and Database Council recognized Jeremy's outstanding contributions in 2002 when
he received the prestigious "Ron Davis Young List Professional of the Year" Award for his dedication and commitment
to the direct marketing industry. Jeremy has been published in Direct Magazine, DM News, and Target Marketing. He has
also been a frequent guest speaker for the DMA Young Professionals Series and has participated in panel discussions at DMA events.
In 2006, Jeremy joined the Specialists Marketing Services List Brokerage division in the role of Vice President, where his primary

Coleen has over 20 years of Direct Marketing experience. She began her lengthy

as National Taxpayers Union, U.S. English and Phillip's Publishing. Coleen joined the

Dana Simon
Vice President/List Brokerage
Dana has a lengthy Direct Marketing background, which began in 1980. She has particular knowledge
in the consumer, business-to-business and high-tech markets. Dana started her career at Data Base
Management and then moved on to Mal Dunn Associates in the role of List Manager. At Mal Dunn, she
worked with clients such as McGraw Hill Publications, Gerber Insurance and Mother Jones Magazine.
Dana also worked for Direct Media, where she launched Equifax's first consumer database. For the
past 16 years, Dana has been active in the List Brokerage arena, working for well-respected companies
such as Names Unlimited, MDA and Transcontinental Direct. Dana joined Specialists Marketing Services
in December 2005. She handles a diverse client base working with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Berlex
Pharmaceuticals, Full Life Products, Oracle and SAP.

Kim Fitzgerald
Senior Account Executive
Kim began her career in June 1994 with O'Sullivan Publishing, Ltd. as a copywriter. Kim joined Specialists Marketing Services in June 1996 in the List Brokerage division. At Specialists Marketing Services, she is responsible for sales and marketing efforts for Williams Sonoma, Boardroom, Inc., Nightingale Conant, AIG, CitiCorp, One Touch Direct, Simply Wireless and Tranzact. Curt Blattner
Chief Operating Officer
Curt's career in Direct Marketing began in 1982, and has given him extensive
experience in several areas of database marketing including catalog and
publishing, cooperative databases, marketing automation and campaign management,
online marketing, database design and integration, analytics, list processing
and information services. Curt previously served as a Strategic Consultant
and Vice President of Cooperative Databases for Experian, managing the Z-24
Catalog and the CircBase Publishing Cooperative Database groups. Prior to
joining Experian, Curt served as Chief Marketing Officer for ClientLogic,
the former parent company of Specialists Marketing Services, Inc. Curt was
also Vice President of Marketing for two prominent catalog companies including
Concepts Direct Inc. In January 2006, Curt and Lon Mandel created the Multi Channel
Solutions branch, which is focused on creating new and innovative direct marketing
concepts and ventures.

Rick Blume
Vice President/Multicultural Division
Rick has been in the direct marketing industry for 35 years, 20 years in the Multicultural arena. Prior to joining 21st Century Marketing in 2001, Rick was in charge of Database Management for 15 years, the database and multicultural division of Stevens-Knox & Associates that was acquired by MSGi Direct in 1999. Before that he spent several years consulting in the direct marketing industry with David Shepard & Assoc. Prior to that, he worked at Doubleday Book Clubs for 10 years holding management positions in finance, media and marketing. While at Stevens-Knox, Rick created the Hispanic list market, and at one time, managed over 90% of all the Hispanic lists on the market. Rick joined the Specialists Marketing Services team in September 2007. He handles both management and brokerage for the multicultural division. His client roster includes Conde Nast Spanish magazines, Family Digest Magazine, Innovativa Spanish Catalo, Isla Catalog, Mundo Latino Spanish Catalog, Priests of the Sacred Heart, Siempre Mujer (Meredith publication), Tabak's Spanish Buyers, Univision Merchandis, Televisa Publishing (both Spanish and English Hispanic magazines), Terra.com, Priests of the Sacred Heart, Oblate Missions, Hartford Insurance, Televisa Publishing, Catholic Relief Services, Credit One Bank, Rooms to Go, and others. Rick's industry affiliations include DMA Directo Council, DMA Database and List Council and Direct Marketing Club of NY. Rick was one of the founders of Directo, the Hispanic marketing council of the DMA, and served as its president for two years and also served in many other capacities. In 2003, Rick received the Hispanic Marketer of the Year award from the Directo Council of the DMA. He is a frequent speaker at DMA industry events and other conferences on the Hispanic market, and has been published in several trade publications and journals.

Peter Candito
Executive Vice President/B2B Group
Peter Candito is a 23-year veteran in the direct marketing business. He is experienced in the areas
of list management, brokerage, conferences and trade shows, controlled circulation and list and product
fulfillment. Peter spent ten years at technology market publisher CMP Media Inc. as Senior Director of
Direct Marketing Services. He built that business into one of the most successful and respected list
management and card deck businesses in the direct response industry. During his time at CMP Media Peter
also founded and chaired the High Tech Direct conference and expo. In 1998, Peter launched Database Marketing
Concepts, a full-service list company as a division of Communication Concepts Group, and ran that business
as part of Transcontinental Direct. In May 2006 he joined Specialists Marketing Services to head-up the newly
acquired B2B Group.

Randi Morris
Executive Vice President/Interactive Division
Randi Morris has 20 years experience in the advertising and direct marketing industries. She began her career in traditional advertising at one of the top 100 advertising agencies in New York City, working on various accounts such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Lotus, Waverly Fabrics, Heineken Beer, Tonka Toys, and Quaker Oats. Randi then transitioned over to the catalog industry, as Senior Buyer of advertising she represented 22 catalogs at Genesis Direct. Looking to further her career, she then moved to Venture Direct as a List Acquisition Specialist. After relocating to Florida, Randi held the position of Vice President/List Rental with Opt In Inc., which was eventually purchased by Teramedia. Most recently, in 2005 she joined AcquireWeb to spearhead the Postal List Management division at Acquire Marketing Services, a company that is owned by AcquireWeb. Randi joined Specialists Marketing Services in May 2007. Her focus is on expanding the Company's suite of services, and launching SMS into the interactive direct marketing arena.

Tobi Milgram
Vice President/Interactive Division
Tobi Milgram has 11 years experience in the Direct Marketing industry, specializing in both telemarketing and travel verticals. She began her career in the premium incentives and then transitioned into Timeshare. Tobi was well established in Direct Marketing and was invited to join Practical Marketing where she was the Director of Sales and Marketing. After six years at Practical Marketing she decided to join Teramedia and launched their travel division. Tobi joined Specialists Marketing Services in February 2008. Her focus is on expanding the Company's suite of services, where her expertise is Timeshare, Travel and Telemarketing will is a fantastic asset to SMS. Tom Walsh
Executive Vice President/Direct Data
Tom has been in the compilation list industry for over 30 years. He began his career
at Dunhill List Co. in New York where he trained extensively in all aspects of the
List Compilation business including the compiling of both business and consumer lists
from many sources. Tom joined Dependable lists in 1979 as V.P. of the Compilation
Division and was promoted to President of the division in 1982. He has been with
Specialists Marketing Services for the past 15 years overseeing the Compilation/Direct
Data Division and has been a leader in the selling, marketing and compiling of lists
and databases. He recently completed a joint venture with another major direct marketing
company to compile a database of all U.S. businesses.

Jim DiProspero
Vice President
Jim began his career with Ed Burnett Consultants in 1985. He held the positions
of Senior Account Executive and Group Sales Manager as the company evolved into
Database America. At Database America Jim worked as an Account Manager and Sales
Manager in both the retail and wholesale divisions. Jim joined Specialists Marketing
Services in May 1997 and is proficient in all phases of direct marketing with particular
emphasis on the use of compiled data including list selection, enhancement, cleansing,
and modeling.

Neil Katz
Vice President
Neil began his direct marketing career as Director of Mail Order at the National
Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. In 1974, he joined Ed Burnett Consultants as
Production Manager, held the position of Vice-President of Sales at Alvin B. Zeller
Mailing Lists from 1980 through 1985, and President/Owner of Enkay Mailing Lists from
1985 through 1998. Neil joined Specialists Marketing Services in 1999 in a consultant
role. Neil's specialty is providing compiled lists to small businesses and entrepreneurs,
putting together programs at moderate cost with attention to matching the best list to his
client's direct mail offer.

Paul Deigendesch
Vice President
Paul joined Specialists Marketing Services in January 2000 to develop reseller
sales to the newly created InfoBase Business Masterfile. Prior to joining Specialists
Marketing Services, Paul had the role of Director and Vice President of Direct Sales
and National Accounts at American List Counsel, Inc where he was employed since 1983.
In addition to sales of compiled data, Paul continues to broker for clients of long
standing including Watson Wyatt Data Services, International Institute for Learning,
Discmakers and more.

James L. Orleman
Senior Director of Information Technology
James started his career
in 1994 at Computer Marketing Services, Inc., an in-house
service bureau for The SpeciaLISTS, Ltd., where he was in
charge of providing list fulfillment for Williams Sonoma.
James was later promoted to a supervisor position within Computer
Marketing Systems, Inc. overseeing all client fullfillment. After serving four years with CMS,
Inc., he transitioned to The SpeciaLISTS, Ltd. side of

Nora J. Bush
Executive Vice President
Nora began her career in 1977 at Dependable Lists, learning the financial end and all
aspects of the direct marketing business. Nora has been with Specialists Marketing Services,
Inc since 1987. Nora has grown within the company to different levels of responsibilities,
becoming Controller of the SpeciaLISTS Ltd. in 1987. She has acquired substantial knowledge
of the business and has successfully served the financial needs of the corporation as well
as major companies associated with direct mail. Shortly after becoming Financial Director,
Nora was selected as winner of the "President's Circle" Award by ClientLogic, Specialists
Marketing Services former parent company.

Nicole Jason
Human Resources Director
Nicole began her Human Resources career in 1999, working in payroll, benefits administration and recruiting. In April 2001, Nicole joined Specialists Marketing Services, Inc. in the role of Human Resources Generalist, and in 2003 moved on to become Human Resources Director overseeing all aspects of Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll, Purchasing and Facility Management. Additionally, she handles all recruiting efforts, compensation and is responsible for all areas of employer compliance. Nicole also handles all day-to-day operations and the telecommunication systems for both headquarters and satellite facilities.
